Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

An innovative cup made from a special non-slip material to ensure a firm grip even when hands are damp or trembling, and available in a range of contrasting colour combinations to help orientate the hand to the middle of the cup.
More than just a lightweight cup in a colourful design, this cup is ideal for anyone with cognitive impairment, living with a diagnosis of dementia, hand tremors or limited hand dexterity. The colourful Measuring Icon design makes it especially easy to pour and record volume measurements. The measurement amount (in millilitres) is highlighted in the centre of each circle. Also available in a vibrant Flower design, suited to people suffering from visual or cognitive impairment.
This cup has a capacity of 250 millitlitres and is very lightweight at under 50 grams. Use with the Non-Drip Spouted Lid for added safety against spillage.
Suitable for the dishwasher but not the microwave. Ornamin offers a lifetime warranty against defect when products are used in accordance with their care instructions.
