Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

The Invacare Matrx Libra cushion delivers the highest level of skin protection and spinal positioning support for wheelchair users. This lightweight and maintenance free cushion redistributes force to the hips and thighs, providing complete stability. Suitable for users at very high risk of skin breakout and those leading an active lifestyle.
The Matrx Libra cushion has a unique design and is manufactured with a combination of foam and fluid. This texture maximises protection of the skin and supports positioning and adjustability for individual user needs. New dual layer fluid sac with Invacare's Flo-tech™ technology envelops bony prominences and reduces shear using non-temperature sensitive fluid for worry-free, reliable protection.
The wheelchair from the matrx cushion family comes in a diverse range of sizes to suit the individual's needs. Maintenance of the Matrx Libra cushion couldn't be easier as it is water resistant and durable over time.
Features:
- Immersion: maximises surface contact in order to reduce peak pressures. Pressure = Force/Area.
- Off-Loading: transfers force away from the ischial tuberosities with greater weight bearing on the trochanters, hips and thighs.
- Pelvic Stability: contouring of the pelvis provides lateral trochanteric support and anterior/posterior pelvic stability. This promotes spinal extension for improved upper extremity function, head control and physiological functions.
- Waterfall cut: increases slope, prevents sliding and reduces shear.
- Cushion size: actual seat depth is 380 mm longer when measured along the middle, due to the rear cushion radius.
- Rear cushion radius: a 380 mm curved extension for maximum surface area minimises gap between the seat and backrest. Stabilises fluid in tilted positions, with coccyx for extra added relief.
