Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

The WiTouch Pro is the first wireless, a pain relief device incorporating TENS technology to specifically target back pain. TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) is a therapy that uses low-voltage electrical current for pain relief (see below for more information).
Portable and convenient for travel, this device offers a treatment area twice the size of most TENS devices for more effective back pain relief. The reusable Gel Pads are incorporated into the device, with replacement products also available. The thin and flexible design perfectly contours to the lower back region, for maximum surface contact. This innovative device is safe, drug-free, easy to use, discrete and comfortable to wear at any time.
What is TENS?
TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) is a therapy that uses low-voltage electrical current for pain relief.
TENS operates with a small, battery-powered machine about the size of a pocket radio. Usually, you connect two electrodes (wires that conduct electrical current) from the machine to your skin - but in the case of the WiTouch Pro, the in-built electrodes adhere directly to the back region without the need for additional wires. The electrodes are often placed on the area of pain or at a pressure point, creating a circuit of electrical impulses that travels along nerve fibers.
When the current is delivered, some people experience less pain. This may be because the electricity from the electrodes stimulates the nerves in an affected area and sends signals to the brain that block or "scramble" normal pain signals. Another theory is that the electrical stimulation of the nerves may help the body to produce natural painkillers called endorphins, which may block the perception of pain.
The TENS machine can be set for different wavelength frequencies, such as a steady flow of electrical current or a burst of electrical current, and for intensity of electrical current. Your physical therapist, acupuncturist, or doctor usually determines these settings. After you receive an introduction to and instruction in this therapy, TENS can be done at home.
