Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

A contemporary product to help reduce the risk of falls due to lack of light anywhere around the home, the BetterLiving® Touch Lamp immediately illuminates surroundings with one gentle touch to the metal base of the lamp to turn it on and off.
Made from strong, shatterproof materials, the BetterLiving® Touch Lamp lamp offers a modern, stylish square design that looks great in almost any decor. The lamp comes with an 11-watt energy saver bulb, that lasts up to six times longer than a standard bulb, and provides an 80% energy saving over standard incandescent bulbs. It shines with the same strength as a standard 60-watt bulb and is delivered fully assembled and ready to plug into a regular 240-volt socket.
The BetterLiving® Touch Lamp saves energy whilst reducing energy bills and carbon (CO2) emissions.
