Boxed Metro Delivery within 10km of the capital city:
For metropolitan areas, we offer boxed delivery, which may require assembly depending on the product. If assembly issues arise and a technician is needed, customers may incur a call-out or service fee. Free Boxed Delivery is available for orders exceeding $500 within Metro areas (within 10km of the capital city), excluding assembly and setup. Metro Pre-Assembled Delivery is an alternative option if assembly is required.
Pre-Assembled Delivery:
Customers can opt for fully assembled and functional product delivery. This option is particularly beneficial for the elderly or those who may struggle with assembly. There is an additional $300 charge for in-home fitting of hospital beds/riser recliner chairs. Please note, in certain rural areas, assembly of large items may not be feasible.

A lightweight yet super stylish, European-inspired wheeled walker that is perfect for general everyday use for the fashion-conscious! Made from lightweight aluminium, the Euro weighs just over 6 kilograms and folds effortlessly with only one hand.
This product is height adjustable, with an overall extension range of 100 millimetres. It is suited to people of average height and weight (to a maximum of 136 kilograms). The moulded handgrips with soft-touch brakes are ideal for those with limited strength in their hands or arms.
The walker features a soft, wide nylon seat and stable backrest to deliver superior comfort when seated. Beneath the seat is a large, weatherproof fabric bag to hold shopping or other personal belongings, to a maximum weight of 4.5 kilograms.
Complete with a removable shoulder strap, the bag can be easily detached from the wheeled walker and used as a personal carry bag. Featuring an inbuilt stick holder cup at the base and Velcro loop at the top, to allow safe storage for a walking stick while the Walker is in use.
This stylish product folds effortlessly with only one hand by pulling the handle to collapse the walker for compact storage or transport. The product includes a detailed set-up and operation guide, assembly instructions and ongoing service requirements.
